All participants must have their own comprehensive travel insurance policy to join the trip.
There needs to be 50% participation for the trip date to guarantee trip departure. If this is not reached you will be notified as soon as possible and accommodated on another available date of your choice.
International flight bookings are the responsibility of the guest. Flights should only be booked when trip departure has been confirmed.
All trip prices are based on twin/double/multi share. If you would like to have a private room, a single supplement will apply. If there is nobody available to share with you we will discuss this on a case by case basis. We will accommodate you in the best way we can.
Once your deposit is paid your spot is secured. You have until 6 weeks before your trip departure to pay the balance.
If Joanne is unavailable to lead the trip you will be in the safe hands of her local, fun, friendly, and trusted colleagues.
If you need to cancel your trip last minute for any reason we will do our best to accommodate you on another trip. If this is not possible we will explore all other avenues available to us such as somebody else taking your place. We will do everything we can to refund you your trip price minus the deposit. It will be dealt with on a case by case basis. This is why it is important to have insurance with full trip cover from when you book the trip or pay the balance at least. (The deposit is used to book internal flights and hold accommodation places so this is nonrefundable).
Deposit and payment need to be completed by EFT, Bank Transfer.
Egypt: Visa for on arrival is available for Irish passport holders with at least six month validity remaining on their passport on their arrival in Egypt. It currently cost €25/$25
Pakistan: Visa must be applied for online before departure. I will provide assistance to all guests with this procedure.
All accommodation is at leisure traveller standard.
All road transport is taken using a private mini bus.
The Hot Air Ballon experience in Egypt is subject to weather conditions to ensure all guests safety.
A copy of your passport is required when you pay your trip deposit. It is necessary for the booking of domestic flights and to register your visit with the tourism police.
“Optional tours/Additional activities” are not included in the trip cost.
We cater to all dietary requirements as best we can. However, we can not guarantee specific food will be available. Please, inform us beforehand of any requirements and we will do our best to provide them.
